Some years ago in the west of Iran, near the ancient city of Hamedan (Ecbatana), archaeologists discovered an ancient underground city which is said to be from the late-Seleucid or early Parthian era. Some 60 human skeletons have been found in this mysterious city that anthropologists say they belong to different ethnic groups. It is believed that the city was originally a secret place for performing Mithraic rituals. I just read in the news that archaeologists have found some new things in their recent excavations.
Good to see you here Cyrus! This is interesting so keep us posted on it.
Good to see you too, I usually check the forum everyday but the number of my posts has decreased.

What ethnic groups are represented in this city?
One of anthropologists just says because of the forms of the skeletons, they should be from different ethnic peoples, anyway we know they are 16 men, 26 women, 14 children, 1 newborn baby and 3 unknown.
