Evidences that 1st dynasty is not earlier than 2300(s) bc (and is not 3000 bc of orthodox).
The date of Menes or start of the 1st dynasty or start of Egyptian history has ranged in ancient and modern times from 36525 yrs bc to 11542 bc (Tomas, Bellamy) to 11340 yrs bc (Herodotus) to 5867 bc (Champollion) to 5510 (Petrie) to 4455/4400 (Bey) to 34th cent / 3400 bc (Breasted, Berlin school) to 3200 (Meyer, Steindorff) to 3150 (Clayton) to 3100 bc (Alford) to 3050 (Clayton) to 30th cent / 3000 bc (Scharff, Hall, Shaw, current orthodox/conventional consensus) to 2900 ("newest research", Ceram), to not later than about 2850 bc ("recent supposition", Lissner) to 2703/2641 (Waddell) to 2399/2300 bc (Josephus, Bristowe) to 2254-2194/2192 bc (Hoeh) to 2224 bc (Palmer) to 946 bc (Newton) [to not before 800 ad (Fomenko)?] In the middle of last century it was said that "recently the date has been pushed back again", then a few decades ago the date was suddenly reduced by 400 yrs (because of dynasties overlaps). It is stated that OK dates may still be upto a couple/few hundred years out (refs Clayton, Wiki, Rohl) and the tendency is to revise dates down. This shows that orthodox scholars have no real solid basis for Menes date.
Coincidences of dates don't prove anything unless both dates are reliable. 36525 yrs coincides with Cro-Magnon date, but the latter is only modern dubious/unreliable theory. 3113 Mayan and 3100 Menes coincide, but the Menes modern ascribed date is evidently wrong. 4 calendars (Mayan, Egyptian, Assyrian, Indian) coincide in 11542 bc, and this date is close to Ptah 9000 yrs + Ra 1000 yrs, and end of Ice Age 12000 ya, and great pyramid 10000 bc date, and Atlantis 9500 bc, and Shoch's sphinx rain erosion marks date, yet all these dates have problems.
Carbon dating supposedly supports a 32nd to 31st century bc date for the 1st dynasty, but carbon dating is proven to be unreliable as for example seen by that material in the pyramid complex of Sekhemkhet gave a carbon date 600 years older than conventional date [which in turn is 600 yrs old than his true date contemporary with Joseph.]
The rate of Nile erosion and alluvium deposit in the delta can not be a reliable dating method because there are evidences that rivers have had increased water flows sometimes in history (plus it is stated that Egyptians threw excavated dirt/soil/sand in the water for it to be carried away).
The Turin King List and Herodotus claimed there were 300 consecutive kings/pharaohs and/or high priests, but other king lists have alot less: Abydos list has 65 or 76, Karnak list has 39 or 61, Sakkarah list has 47 or 58, Herodotus 30 or 41 or 53/54, Eratosthenes 38 kings? Book of Sothis 86 kings? (A list of architects in Bey only has 24 architects from 3rd to 27th dynasty?)
The Sothaic/Siriadic calendar was supposedly introduced between 4241 and 2871/2773 bc. However, orthodox have no sothaic/siriadic date for the Old Kingdom. (Though there was a recent news item a few months ago claiming that one might possibly have been found.)
Regnal years are not necessarily reliable because for example Khufu's reign ranges from 63 yrs to 14 yrs, and Menkaure's has a similar range. Pepi's life/reign length is uncertain whether 64 or 94 yrs. The F.I.P. / 1.I.P. is a lacuna of unknown/uncertain length.
There is no trace of the biblical flood in dynastic Egyptian history (despite the Surid flood story), which means 1st dynasty is after the flood. The Atlantis Account also says Egypt was not flooded. (Menes may be connected with ark (ref wikipedia)? Menes name might be connected with Manu and Madjnun/Noah? The dyking of Menes has been connected by some with flood effected land after the flood.) There are evidences in predynastic finds that they came not long after the flood, eg: Predynastic boat/ship/ark pictures with drogue stones similar to Noah's Ark of Fasold (Gebelein/Naqada, ref F Raffaele). Pot(tery) "ship theme" (Naqada 2)? Egyptian traditions of 10 god-kings and/or 10 predynastic kings before the 1st dynasty also confirm that the dynasties came after the 10 pre/post flood patriarchs. It also seems that Egyptian dynastic history comes after the tower of Babel (ca 2000s bc). Min/Menes or Narmer/Merinar or Maneros might be connected with Nimrod? "Menes associated with symbol of a building".
Josephus said that Menes was 1300 yrs before Shishak (900s bc), (and Herodotus said Menes was (1)1340 yrs before 19th dynasty,) which gives a date of not earlier than 2300s bc for Menes. (Although Josephus said elsewhere that Menes was along time before Abraham, there are possible explanations for this.)
There are evidences for Abraham (2300 in Moslem, 2000 bc in biblical, 1900s in orthodox) being in Egypt in the 1st or 2nd dynasty, and evidences for Joseph (1800s bc) being in the 2nd/3rd-4th/5th dynasty. The famine/drought and following plague(s)/disaster(s) of Abraham (Genesis 12) might match famine/drought & following (numerous) plague(s)/disaster(s) (& miracles) of Uenephes/Ata/Semenptah (Bey pages 28-9) &/or Semti (Bristowe) &/or Semerhet (Clayton page 25). Josephus also says Abraham brought culture to Egyptians, seemingly confounding him with 1st dynasty culture-bringers? Abraham might possibly be connected with either Parin-bara_ka(d)_ma(-ash) / bara_ka(d)_gin / buru_gin (& possibly wife Lady Ash / Shar-u-gin / Saru, predynastic Egyptian inscription, Waddell)? Benerab? Merbiapen (1st dyn)? Semerkhet/Semti/Semenptah (1st dyn)? or Perenmaat (or Seth-Peribsen, 2nd dyn)?
Tacitus said there had only been 4 phoenixes in Egyptian history. If a phoenix is 500 or 400 years then that gives 2000 or 1600 yrs bc. (The length of the phoenix/bennu/heron/crow life has ranged in sources from 7000 yrs (opinions) to 1500 yrs (Lipsius) to 1460 yrs (Poole) to 500 yrs (generally supposed, Tacitus) to 400 yrs (Horapollo) to 250 yrs (opinions). It might be connected with the 600 yrs great year of Josephus?)
The 3 gods Pan, Hercules and Dionysos in Herodotus seem to roughly match the 3 Hermes and 3 kingdoms of ancient Egypt, and Pan of Herodotus seemingly may correspond to Ptah and Menes. (Pan (1st) = Mendes = Chem = Min/Menes (1st, Memphis) = Merneptah = Ptah (1st, Memphis).) Herodotus' dates for the Egyptian Pan of 29220 yrs, Hercules of 17000 yrs and Dionysos of 15000 yrs seem to match his dates for the Greek Dionysos of 1600 yrs, Hercules of 900 yrs and Pan of 800 yrs, esp since they are all divided/multiplied by 18. This may give a date for Pan/Menes of 1600 yrs before Amasis 2. "1663 years the Egyptian state lasted before Cambyses [525 bc]"? Perhaps related is the era of Menophres 1605 years "before Diocletian". Menophres could be Menes/Manouph or Memphis. The date could have later been shifted from Amasis to Cambyses/Amyrtaeus/Ochus to Diocletian.
Some have suggested that Egyptian history dates back to the age of Taurus 4300/4525/4006 bc - 2150/2006/1875 bc (bull on Narmer palette, Apis bull).
