Was ottoman turks cavalry tactics based completely light horse archery hit and run tacitics weakening the enemy before charging,or was there a seperate heavy cavalry which would be heavily armoured with lances.

How well did the ottoman cavalry stand to a knights cavalry charge?

It depends on which Otoman period you are reffering to. In later periods they used the lancer cavalry as their mainstay, but in the early period (14. century) they used normal nomadic tactic. The prefered Otoman tactic was to split their forces to main force that set an ambush and the smaller bait, so they rarely had to withstand an actuall charge.

the tactic i like is Turan Tactic (Crescent Tactic) as known as Wolf Game
(Wolf trap)

The army set in two groups, one is the avant gardists the
second is the ambushers. the first group attacks the foes
and starts fighting, after a while they act as they have defeated
and they starts to retreat and the foes purchase them. But the ambusher
group which is larger than the first one waits them there with a shape of
a crescent (hidden if its possible). The first group take the foes in
the crescent and the ambushers close the tip of the crescent. the ambushers encircle the foes and defeat them.

This tactis was used in the Battle of Manzikert, Battle of Mohács, Battle of Dandanakan
and used by GokTurks, Huns and Avars as i know.

No we didn't have heavy armoured troops
we used light cavarly, cause our war tactics based on
fast strike attacks.

Turkish cavarlys have both archery and swordmanship skills
so they are very useful in the battle.
both missile and melee attack.

Turkoğlu we had heavy cavalry.

The Kapıkulu corps, sipahis, silahtars and the tımarlı sipahis %50 percent was well equipped. But the most was light

so wait.. it would end up being two cresecents closing in on one another, or the ambush group making up the rest of the crescent and overlapping the enemy?

here, i made a presentation for you (not so good by the way )

1- The first group, who fought for a while and pretend as they were defeated. They made the enemy pursue them.

2-The enemy army who has no clue what's going to happen to them in next 10 minutes

3-The ambushers who were waiting the enemy, hidden if possible.

and then the enemy army follow the first group who includes them
inside the crescent shapde ambusher group.

when the enemy army goes excatly in to the crescent the ambusher close
the crescent and make a circle shape.

then you can guess what will happen
hope you understand.

But there's more. Eventually, Ottoman enemies wised up and there were ocasions where the enemy didn't take the bait. It that case, Ottomans charged the enemy in full force, throwing in torches to scare the horses or turning camels into their ranks to break their formation.

i have a question... why were camels used to scare horses.....and did they really work?

I have a counterquestion for you... how does any animal react to the sight of an unknown animal twice bigger then itself?
