^ one of my fav cuisines, yummy. It is mostly influenced by middle eastern, Iranian and central asian cuisines, with some little south asian influence aswell in the spices used

Looks delicious, can see some Turkic as well as South Asian influences and obviously homemade unique Afghan foods.
