I came across this today, I like the melody and even the lyrics.

The reference is to the Qajars although they are not directly mentioned.  If only they were as patriotic as this song makes them out to be!

The lyrics go something like this:

Immortal name [Qajar] of the homeland
[Qajar] Dawn of hope for the homeland
Immortal in the sky
like the immortal sun
my original homeland
the salt and passion of my life
immortal in the sky
like the immortal sun
hear the fire of my words
that I sing the same song as you
my whole soul and body
...
...
...
All with in one name and with one banner
all colours, all languages.
all joyous, cheerful
to the health of Immortal Iran
tot he health of Immortal Iran.

Thanx Zagros for the link. Despite the fact that the miserable Qajar kings who lost a lot of Iranian territories and were  awful rulers, this song is really great.

I prefer this song to the new anthem ( sar zad as chopogh Dead...)
