I am in a European seminar class and have to write a thesis on post WWI Europe 1919-1923/Paris Peace Conference/Treaty of Versailles. The paper should involve political/border changes or clauses in the treaty, or some other related subject. I was thinking of writing about the proposal and denial of czech corridor, the economic isolation of east prussia and konigsberg, the transfer of the memeland/klapedia region, or the transer of bosilegrad to romania. which topic do you think could be expressed most concisely and precise in a 30 page paper?

I'd say the key term to respond to is "most concisely and precise".

Economic isolation wouldn't qualify for this.  Many economic matters are hidden and frequently blended in with other material.

Border changes allow for a paper to meet the above quoted term requirements.

Re the "other related subjects", consider German's loss of it's colonies.

If you had more time than a seminar, ...say 5-10 years, I'd recommend getting into the spinoff San Remo Conference (1919).  The oil industry of the allies got the Middle East oil fields.
