When was the last battle when the king of England was commander of the army?

And which was the last battle when king of England killed someone?

I think the last one is King Charles I in the battles between Royalists and Parliamentarians...(1642-1649)

George II was technically king of Britain, but was probably the last in context of this post...... One could argue the last king of England was Henry VIII. Charlie was king of Scotland too, so was Shamus-a-Cocca.

Well, it depends on what you mean by "King of England". If you mean "King of England(only England)" then King Charles is not the last king(King of Scotland and England). However, if you mean King of England as in "King that controlled England", then King George II was the last King who ruled over England that fought in battle.

Do you mean Britain or the world? Henry VIII killed several in battle. Worldwide I'm not sure.
