Is it true that the founder of mondernday Egypt was an old Ottoman soldier named muhammed Ali pasha or Kavalalı Mehmet Ali Paşa (not the boxer yeah it seems funny) He was the one who modernized Egypt & slaughterd all the mamelukes( damn shame)

the big question is was he a Turk or an Albanian.

I dont see why that's the "big question." I think the bottom line over the years is that we do not have any conclusive information about his origins, and his ethnic origin was nothing something very important to his rule.

By in other regards, yes, he was the founder of Modern Egypt and is regarded as a great figure in Egyptian history.

Albanian, I dont see anyreason to discuss this, his army is also consist a lot albanian.

I didnot heard any thing about his turkish root.

note egypt rulled by turks from 10th century to 19th century the official name of mameluke state was devletul Turk even though in 14th century memluk rulers changed from turks to circassians memet ali pasa become hidiv(governer) of egypt in around 17 th century later he decide to be sovereign from istanbul he even fought and won agaist ottoman empire and also in austrian russian Turkish war he helped to sultan Mahmut II and he got the governor ship of syria and his son got adana he was not Turkish he was either from crete or Macedonia after he died slowly egypt become a british colony
