[DIV]Nuclear power is in itself safe.  The problems are manmade.  Older reactors were constructed without much thought as to the stability of the ground under them.[/DIV]

Nuclear power is in itself safe. The problems are manmade. Older reactors were constructed without much thought as to the stability of the ground under them.
