North Korean military is one of the most overrated ones.. South Korean militatary is one of the most underrated ones..

They have a military industry. It's one reason of their budget spending.

For example I've read somewhere that the F-2 Mitsubishi is a sort of F-16, that it's very expensive but it isn't comparable to many modern fighters and that it is maintained to keep employment up.
