why is that all the major religions of this world came from either middle east/Iran/India???

Islam, Christianity, Judaism = Middle east

zoroastrianism=Iran

Hinduism,Buddhism, Sikhism= India

ofcourse there some other in east asia like Confucianism, Taoism but they are off branches of indian buddhism and are part of Dharmic religions, so i am not counting them as new

why nothing came out of europe, africa, most of east asia, and the new world?

I think you have made a common thinking error.  We are not familiar with European and American spiritual concepts, because they were invaded and either destroyed or converted.  The Celts spiritual concepts were rich, but they were not written down.  The Celts and native Americans did not write their own bibles.  The Aztecs did have a huge liibrary but the Christians burned it, and it is hard for archeologist to peice together their history and retrive their beliefs.   However, around the world spiritual concepts were not that different, so it was easy for Christian missionaries and Christian invaders to convert all these people to their religion.   There is an important difference between destroying a believe system, and one never existing in the first place.

Natives everywhere, including Africa, have believe systems.  The question should not be why didn't these people have their own religious or spiritual ideas idea?  They did.  The question needs to be why did this religion/spirtuality come to dominate and not the other?

Juduism may have begun with the people who fled the Eygptian holy city built by Amenhotep IV.  These people may have migrated to the Sumerian city of Ur, and translated Sumerian stories, and then migrated back in the direction of Eygpt, settling in the less occupied region we know as Jerusalem, and later invaded by Persians carrying Zorastrianism, which is very much like Indian thought.  We are talking about a big stew pot here.  There religions may have some orignal orgins but they mixed a lot.   Christianity is the result of apply the Roman Law of Nature to religion.  Originally the Roman Law of Nature was a legal tool for settling disputes between people from different city/states with different laws.  The Romans would take what was common between the different legal systems, to come to final legal decision.  When they needed a new religion to unite their crumbling kingdom, they took what was common in the surrounding popular religions and created one religion, Christianity.

The important difference between Judaism and Zoroastrianism is not a matter of truth, but a matter of orgnization.  Zoroastrainism didn't have an effective orgnaization to prevent the corruption of the religion.  The religion did not survive but died.  It was ressuected for a short time and died again.  There is a small goup of Zoroastrians today, but obviously the religion did not succeed as well as Judaism.  Judaism succeeded because it had an excellent organization that prevented the religion from being contaminated with foriegn ideas and prevented Jews from being assiulated into other cultures.  Because Judaism could survive as a religion, but was influenced by Zoroastrianism and Hellenism, we get Christianity.  Christianity became strong because it was adopted by Roman and therefore gained the power of Rome.  All this goes back into Arab territory and Mohammed edits the religions, creating a new one for Arabs, out of the old ones.  Now it is the power of the empires that carry these religions, and the destruction of the cultures and spiritual beliefs of those who are in the path of these empires, that leads people to conclude there is something special about the holy land.   This is a superstitious notion, not grounded in fact.

You might pick up a book about the Celts or native Americans and learn of spiritual concepts other than those of the conquering religions.
