Tribes of northern pakistan true aryan?

Could the tribes of northern pakistan, like khlash, Nuristani, Kohistani etc... be the true aryans? They do have the physical features such as blue eyes, blond hair and light skin. I know most people here dont beleive in the aryan invasion theory but i am not talking about that. I am simply asking what if these people are the decendants of the aryans of south asia? Has there been study on these people?
