I was thinking more like parks about a community like city and state, province etc but the pics are awesome and remind our mountains in the Pacific NW and B.C. Canada.
Nice!!!

But I might as well throw in some pics from our North Cascade National Park- one of the few National parks I have never been to. I have hiked around it though.

National parks are more interesting. I believe close to 10% of Sweden is national parks or reserves.

pics from www.myra.nu, www.internat.naturvardsverket.se, www.travelnotes.de

Padjelanta

Sarek

Stora Sjfallet

Abisko

Vadvetjkka

Some more southern parks.

Fulufjllet

Skuleskogen, a part of the High Coast

Tiveden, meaning Tyr's Forest, a forest park with three dozen lakes, and was historically a borderland between the Geats and the Swedes.
Old traditions have been kept here, and even into the 19th century secret sacrifices to the old gods took place in the remote parts of the forest.

Awesome!!!! pics!! I will have to go to Sweden and Norway someday. My girlfriend is of Swedish and Norwegian ancestry. Bulgaria looks awesome as well!!
I have taken my name from the Eagle Cap wilderness area in the Wallowa Mountains of Northeast Oregon. One of my favorite backpacking areas in the U.S. sad it is getting too popular now!! I have met people all the way from Europe who came to hike this mountain range. The Wallowa valley was the home to the Nez Perz Indians until the white man kicked them out and settled them in Idaho!!

Very nice That second pic looks suspiciously much as a crater. Do you know if it's some old meteor impact thingie? We have a similar thing not far from my home (my old golf course lay on the inside slopes of it)
