As you see, the artist Hong Do intentionally misplaced the thumb of the guy on the right lower corner, to create a focused image on the center. You might have seen the same concept on Renaissance Art, like the one drawn by Rafael: the School of Athens.

Another trivial fact to know about that first drawing is about what's going on in the center. You can easily trace the Yin Yang shape (called Te Guk in Korea) with the wrestlers, as shown. Kind of a peculiar pattern that is commonly seen on many Korean arts.
