 Ottoman had titles like

Sipahi mounted knight, small land posession or Spahija
You had Sultan who ruled
Visiers who were just bellow Sultans

Then you had Aga most grand-grand father was Aga from Father side small land owners, but with lot of political power.

Beys were big land owners, and usually rulers in Ottoman empire

Its funny how nearly all 13th century Islamic rulers have "something al-deen" as part of their name.

Titles.....

There were very very very Many titles used by Islamic Kingdoms

I know few, such as:
-Atabeg (Same as Baron or Duke), remember Atabegs of Mosuls (Imad Ad-Din Zengi and Nur ed-Din). Used by the Seljuqs.

-Master of Stables (If I don't forgot, it was same as Commander of the army), used by nearly all Islamic Kingdoms.

           -Wazir (Prime Minister)

-Grand Vizier of the Palace (Warder of Palace or what... I quite forgot this one)

-Emir (Same as Atabeg but same as Governor or even sometimes King)

-Sultan (As you said.. Cyrus Shahmiri,)

-Sheikh (usually this one for Religious things...)

           -Imam (ahh.. Same as Sheikh)
*Note:Shias sometimes titled a Caliph (Usually Fatimids) as their Imam*

And Many More... as I said in the beginning
