I find this speech by Admiral Nebogatov very moving. I'm trying to find the full speech on the internet, but 'am at a loss. Can anyone help?

Just before going over to surrender his sword to Admiral Togo,
Nebogatov told his men, "I'm an old man of over sixty ...You are young,
and it is you who will one day retrieve the honour [sic] and glory of
the Russian Navy. The lives of the 2,400 men in these ships are more
important than mine!" Out of respect for his decision, Togo allowed the
Russian Admiral to keep his sword.
