Turks use wolf .

Americans use bald Eagle .

Albanians use double-headed falcons ( or somewhat like that )

Bosnians , as far as i know , use "Fleur de Lyse " instead of animals .

Arabic symbol is not camel , it is also falcon ( as you remember from the Baath regime )

Australians use kangoos :)

Well, we used to have a horse tail as a flag until probably 9th century. Now we have lion on our flag and coat of arms, though on our territory the last lion was hunted down in the early medieval, or may be it is just a legend?! If you ask me, I would prefer to have horse or wolf as a national symbol, but that is just my opinion.

Albanians use the bicephalous eagle, the heraldic symbol of our hero , Gjergj Kastrioti Skenderbeu (George Castriota Scanderbeg). Many other medieval albanian princes and nobles used eagles in their emblems.

The Dukagjin family (Dukes of Ghin) used a monocefalous black eagle.

Eagles, bicefalous or monocefalous are a Indoeuropean symbol of power. They were found in several illyrian archaeological sites as well (look A.Stipcevic - Illyria, N. Ceka - Illyrians)
