Can you share what you know about diplomatic immunity of international organizations with me?
 
And of course, your ideas...Shall they be diplomatically %100 immune like diplomats of states to other states? Do you know any events happened about the issue?
 
I am researching a draft case where a "Republic of Adalia" had taken the legation of " Rothan Union" (consisting of five countries) into custody, and searched for documents & proofs for an investigation...All the process was made in an appropriate way to "Adalian law", but specifically, the agreement between Rothan Union and Adalia which had been made in a way including diplomatic immunity had expired 15 days before the events took place...
 
So, all the ideas,knowledge, thought, research is welcome...

You've lost me with all your Adalia and Rothan stuff.

The diplomatic immunity is a huge issue as it may have major consequences. The only way for a state to punish legally a dipomat covered by his immunity is to declare him persona non grata, so he has to leave the state officially called back by his government.
This open four main issues:
Famously, rogue states use the "diplomatic suitcase" also covered by the immunity to trafic illegal item: rare animals, diamonds and of course drug and weapons.
Usually in each ambassy you have a master spy covered by the immunity who organizes activities against the host country.
If the diplomat ever commits a crime he cannot be sued. This happened a few years ago in France, the Congolese ambassador killed two children while driving totally drunk and he went back home with no truble (he was latter sent back to France by his government to be judged).
The immunity covers also the ambassy. So what happen when people are hold ostages in the ambassy. This happened in the 80's in Paris at the Iraki ambassy. The French special forces couldn't attack before Saddam finally agreed.

In my opinion the immunity should be dramatically reduced to cases only strictly diplomatic.
