dear armenian friends;

I have some questions in my mind and want to ask you somethings.I would be glad if you answer.

1.what do you think about ASALA which killed many Turkish diplomats in foreign countries??After this question why do you still want Turkey open the borders with Armenia and open an embassy in Armenia???

2.Do you know there are many Armenians inside the terrorist organizaton PKK?

3.Is there anything about genocide claims in your constitution?

4.And this question for diaspora Armenians,what do u do for Armenia except supporting genocide claims???

Thank you...

welome to the forum morepeace!

I do not think this thread was intended to be on the ongoing dispute between Armenians and Turks on whether the events of 1915 constitute a Genocide. There are many threads in which the issues that you raised in your post have been discussed before and you can find them through the Search facility but unfortunately most ofthem have degenerated into flame wars, and have been locked by the moderators.

Welcome to AE morepeace, to answer your questions.

1) Terrorism is unjustifiable, so no, me and Armenians I know do not treat them as heroes. Opening borders will make both nations reconcile their differences, so would a Turkish embassy in Armenia and Armenian embassy in Turkey.

2) To my knowledge there are none.

3) I am an American-Armenian, and no, I believe there is nothing in the constitution of Armenia about the Genocide, to my knowledge.

4) You name it Smile

I'd like to remind everybody that the Armenian Genocide is on the blacklist. Discussing genocides in general is fine, and of course mentioning the Armenian Genocide in such a discussion is fine as well, but please do not turn this topic into a discussion that's solely about the Armenian Genocide, or it will be closed.
