Other than the heading there's nothing more to the article. I'll write the one sentence worth translating anyway. "The engraving is about 110 tons and was carved by the orders of Hossein-ali Khan-vali the ruler of Elam in 1305 H.S. (~1925) in Nastaligh (sample) calligraphy."

 

The funny thing is that the article doesn't mention anything about the writings on the rock and provides no pictures!

seems someone went to a whole lot of trouble engraving that Elam rock for no apparent reason.Wacko
          here's me thinking Wow! ancient Elam inscription and what words of wisdom could be written.
    then the engraving turns out to be some Elam Kings grocery list.Disapprove
