What are these mythical things on this one thousand years old seal? and what are their origins?

I think one of them is "Lion and the Sun"!

It might be a lion but i think if this is the seal of alparslan then it must be an wolf. Maybe you know but in old mythical Turkic stories and legends they saying we are  coming from an grey wolf and many of Turkic nations setlled a wolf in their flags.
