Well, if their admitting it exists now, it's existed for some time.  They could practice up with eliminating the verdamt PRC spambots.Big smile

Actually, the US Army Cyber Command (CYBERCOM) was established in 2009 and the fact was well known. It has a base in Germany, as well as bases in the US.
