As Harry Reid put it, the "Lame Duck" session is going to be a "Goose on Steroids." Especially as it regards the 2nd Ammendent! So, in the "Queens English", the above could be considered to express the meaning that the "Geese" (Democrats) will be even fuller of "excretment" than normal!
