According to Akkadian tablets (2200BC) of the Akkadian King Naramsin he was on a campaign against 17 northern rulers. These tablets were researched by a famous archeolog profesor Lous Delaporte in 1936 and a German professor named N.G Guterbok in 1938, and they came to the conclusion that in the 15th sentence one of the rulers is called Tourki king Illoushoumali.
