I thought it would be nice to put up a thread of your own country's great architecture. Italy:
(Temple of Minerva)
(Temple of Portunus)
(Palazzo della Consulta [Constitutional Court setting])
(St Marks Basilica)

They are all too lazy to search for Architectures I think. It's sad that all most people care about history is war and weapons.

nice pictures. Like the cathedral. No offense, but the Louvre seems it would be much better without the pyramids.

Paleis op de Dam
If we include all human-built structures in architecture, the Netherlands are of course most famous for these:

NOTE: None of the people in these pics are me...I googled them...

That's Balboa Park, and it was originally for a show in the early
1900s, but the city liked it so much they decided to keep it (it was
supposed to be torn down). It's really a hodgepodge of different
architecture, and I think it's nice looking... however, the United
States in general, has little architecture to call its own.

And now for my Spanish side:
Random castle outside of Madrid.
The Plaza de Cibeles in Madrid
One of the many gates into the inner (old) city of Toledo.
Avila - one of the few cities with fully preserved Roman walls.
I've only been their once, sadly, however, I don't regret going their
one bit!
