A TEAR IN THE PASSAGEWAY OF HISTORY

since the day the hands of Cain soaked in Abel's blood
since the day the bitter poison of enmity gushed in Adam's children's veins
humanity was lost, even if human was alive
since the day Joseph pushed brothers in the hole
since the day they built the Great Wall with blood and lashes
humanity was lost

and so the world grew crowded
It turned and turned
Centuries passed since Adam's death
O Alas! Humanity did not return

Our century,
Is the day of humanity's downfall
The heart of world is empty of goods and empathy
Talk is of freedom, purity and compassion
Talk of Moses and Jesus and Muhammad is not appropriate
The century of Moses is passed
This is the day of humanity's failure
if I am bursting into tears is because of
a withering flower
a sick kid's look
a caged dove
a man in chain, a criminal on gallows
and in these days I pour poison in my cup
How could I believe in his death?

Talk is not of withering a leave or two, Alas! they're destroying the jungles
They hide their dirty hands from the eyes of mankind

No creature would allow such behavior on another
What these vampires do to mankind
Let us suppose talk is not of cutting off a leave or two
Let us suppose the death of the dove in cage is not a death
Let us suppose there is not a leaf left in the world
Let us suppose the jungles were wasteland from the beginning

In such a silent and peaceful desert
Within these tolerant people
Talk is of the loss of compassion, of love
The matter is loss of humanity
