No we have the only real one: Olentzero!

And this is the song:

Olentzero joan zaigu
mendira lanera
intentzioarekin
ikatz egitera.

Horra! Horra!
Gure Olentzero!
Pipa hortzetan duela
eserita dago
kapoiak ere baitu
arraultzatxuakin
bihar meriendatzeko
botila ardoakin.

Olentzero buru haundia
entendimentuz jantzia
bart arratsean
edan omen du
bost arrobako zahagia.

Hoi urde tripa haundia
tragatu bait du
tragatu bait du
Hoi urde tripa haundia
tragatu bait du zahagia.

Translation:

Olentzero has gone / to work in the mountain / with intention / of making coal.

Hurray! Hurray! / Our Olentzero, / that has the pipe between the teeth.  / He is seated, / has also a chicken / with little eggs / to have dinner tomorrow / with a bottle of wine.

Olentzero: big head, / dressed with wisdom, / last evening / he drunk quite a bit: / a skin of five pints.

So he has such a huge belly: / he has swallowed / he has swallowed. / So he has such a huge belly: / he has swallowed all the skin [of wine].

___________

Olentzero was originally some sort of wood piece, some times with human features carved in it, that was burnt ritually in the witer solstice. Then he bacame via mythology in the only Jentil (gentile, mythical giant) to survive the arrival of Chrsitianism to which he converted.

Cheers my fat red friend... and thanx for the gifts i never recieved.

No, we in America have the real "Santy Claus". He was reincarnated into Chris Kringle's body.

I am sorry to alert you all to this, but I'm afraid that Santa has passed on. Returning home from the bottle shop with his favourite scotch tucked under his arm, he was ambushed by a mad gunman who received of all things a SHOWER RADIO for Christmas when he was ten. It was a long time in coming (20 years infact), but little Billy finally got his sweet revenge.

As it turns out, though, not everyone was so jubilant about the news as our gun slinging friend Bill was.
