As time allows I will update this.

Do not respond to emails from the following. If you have the capability to determine a suspect ip then do not respond. Your chances of a virus is extremely high even with good protection software.

My advice is to reject all that can be identified with the PRC. They are currently the most vicious and repetitively aggressive at spamming and insertion of worms and malware. They are currently also leading the way in band space theft and theft of copyright and intellectual property.

This ip shows up as the first jump for 8 of 10 recent spam attempts.

http://www.cqcounter.com/whois/?query=70.59.126.222 - 70.59.126.222 It comes up as owned by Qwest.

not uncommon. means probably that qwest is the base server. and that the spam is attached to a specific geo region serviced by the same. That particular ip is from the Minneapolis region.
