Around the corner from my house there's a chippie that does pizza with donner meat, shrooms and green peppers as a topping. Two large pizzas for £10 provide meals for four days ------------- Me Grimlock not nice Dino! Me bash brains! |

 A "chippie" is a takeaway that sells greasy deep-fried food like fish and chips. "Donner" is a type of kebab made with processed lamb roasted on a spit (see picture) ------------- Me Grimlock not nice Dino! Me bash brains! |

Some people like to claim a dry white chicken...but that's propo to get ya to try it. Most tell ya it tastes like a dry fish.... cod or pollack. Usually it's cooked in a sauce eg. chili.... Or deep fat fired in flour and or cornmeal batter (sometimes with eggs and milk...sometimes not) when that occurs it tastes like a dry fish or shrimp like. But it also depends on what spices are used. There are numerous recipes. Cooked fresh on a stick over a campfire it tastes like snake....no other way to explain it. When mixed with cactus flour it loses it taste to the cacti. Ya can also dry it in the sun and salt it and it becomes a snake jerky. But if ya take one on the 'Res' and there natives are around; be sure and thank Wakan Tanka (Lakota) or whatever appropriate tribal name version (Ta-a'pah is Comanche) (Usen/Ysun is Apache) is revered (which means do your homework).
