Not unless they have a slick explanation for a dogs skull being stuck on it. That's not a "reptillian skull" that is pure Canine. Looks to me like someone had too much free time and decided to scare up a little tourism bus.
Check out the molars, [side teeth] they look like sharks teeth someone stuck in there. And they don't match up with the front teeth.
