Why do not alien Borg unit in search of spare parts?Or member of cartel,for human body's organs trading? Why do "bad" person have to be German always?

I guess you could call me a "Ripperphile" or something, but this has always fascinated me. I've read everything about this I could get my hands on when I was a kid.
I saw the Nat. Geo special on this. I recorded it actually. Having seen it 3 times now, I think the man has it right.

Chances are we'll never know the truth. However, a suspiciously similar murder occurred in Bloomsbury several years earlier. A young woman brought a mysterious foreigner home. In the night he slashed her throat, stole her money and left a half-eaten apple by the sink. The chaplain of a German merchant ship was suspected but acquitted due to lack of evidence. We will likely never know for sure, but I think he's right. The interviews with the cops in the US were what convinced me they had the guy.
