I don't see why those names are ugly, Suren, although Soghra sounds masculine for a girl. Sakine and Jafar are downright cool.

They are ugly and old beside rarely we use it. Perhabs they seem cool in Norsk; then we can exchange them with some Norwegian names which you may dislike.

I have some more
Ome kolsoom and Roghaya for female
Ghasem, Gholam and Ghanbar for male

Pankrác, Servác, Bonifác, Vratko for male
Matilda, Greta for female

lol Paul. Really? May sound outdated like the band Boston, but it rolls off the tongue pretty easily. Maybe you need to see an orthodontist.

Bulgarian:

Male: Mityo (it comes from the name Dimitar, but the people always call Dimitar that)
Muncho (its almost unused today)
Vulcho (basicly it means little wolf in Bulgarian)
Stanyo (very rarely used, now substituted with Stanislav)
also I really hate Krasimir (which means beautiful world)

Female: Mita (its actually a nickname that comes from Dimitrina, but its still used in the older population, no one would call his baby this name nowadays)
Vulka (means female wolf)
I hate long female names like Dobroluba or Borislava
