I don't understand what the big deal is.
 I banned the person who posted it (and about five other "rubbish" posts) for commercial promotion and spamming. They posted them all over the forum. I kept that one as an example of the deleted posts and the ones that got him banned.
If you mean the forum is telling you that only members with sufficient permission can access the post, it is because I moved it to the area where Moderators can look at for reference.
