I am planning to have some serious study for the Cold War... is there any excellent websites, books (Korean, Japanese or English) or other sources that could help me learning about Cold War? Thanks in advance.

Look to see what kind of information you can get from U.S. archives, and potentially from Russian archives. You can also check the U.S. Library of Congress to look for http://www.loc.gov/library/libarch-digital.html%20 - Library of Congress digital collections
