In case you couldn't access AE this morning - here is why.

Most fridays, at approximately 2AM EST (07:00 GMT) our host EasyCGI is shutting the server down for scheduled maintenance and updates.

This procedure normally takes less than half an hour.

However, today they had to do a major overhaul and the server was shut down for 3 hours.
