1) What were flag and anthem of Second Empire (Napoleon III)?

May be anyone can help with links?

2) What were flag and anthem of Mexican Empire of Maximilian (1863-1867)?

1) Flag: Bleu Blanc Rouge (Blue White and red possibly with the imperial eagle)
