Modz can u possibly sticky this;
QUOTES ONLY PLEASE, NO POLITICS.
I will start with a good one of my own. Only joking
Here is what paul said:
"If people were willing to die for freedom, the population of the world would be considerably lower and the survivors free. Unfortunately we're all alive and not free. Perhaps the question why aren't we willing to die for freedom would be more accurate?"

"I don't know how he gets around Armenia with
that hair on his chin. Over there, a man with a goatie or hair on the
chin is seen as "one who gives women
oral sex", which in turn, makes you less of a man in their eyes (it is
said that the goatie is used as a stimulant during the oral pleasure).
Sorry, I just had to explain, it was bugging me "
- Armenial Survivor
That... or any of Ulrich's posts.

I think I missed ITAPEVI, but by the sounds of it, was probably a blessing. Okay, I will make a new quote from me right now.
Tonight I went for my ice-cream box in the freezor to enjoy some
ice-cream and inside of it were already four spoons. I think I am
getting altzhiemers.

Here is a dumb quote, wondering if it would fit in with the school of thought of ITAPEVIOLOGY.
Rajput said:
"I personally would like Pakistan divided into 2 halves: west going to Afghanistan and East coming to India then India would perform a genocide and afghans would get their Pashtunistan and everyone is happy."

I managed to retrieve that quote for our personal amusement. After
being so very baffled and confused by ITAP, we might as well get a
laugh out of him/her:
think we all know who was responsible for that, the Godless
liberals who cannot stand having their immorality shoved back in their
ugly face!! The defenders of free thought, the Big Bang theory and
evolution, are not only striking out at me, but at all Christians. .
Last night, while I was sitting on my front-porch swing, gazing up at
Heaven, President Bush appeared to me in a vision. He told me that my
work was not yet finished, there were still many liberals who had not
yet seen the glory of the coming of the Lord!!
President Bush would not be in the White House right now if God
didn't want him there. President Bush was put in a position of
leadership in order to wipe the devil's religion of Islam off the face
of the Earth, so that the Christian God can fill the world with His
message of peace and love. President Bush has stated numerous times
that he speakes with God in the Oval Office, he even asked God for
military advice before the invasion of Iraq. Modern liberalism is the
equivalent of atheism, liberals are in favor of killing babies, raising
taxes, teaching evolution, and same sex marriage. Jesus is opposed to
all of these horrible things

This isn't funny at all. I have dealt with this mentality, I know several people who think like this. Paranoid delusions, twisted logic, displacement of guilt, demonizing the people and ideas they disagree with. Whoever wrote this, if indeed they were serious and not "spoofing" is on the edge. It wouldn't take much to push them over it either.

"I think my favourite to listen to has to be Cantonese. A lifetime of Hong, Kong movies has made me appreciate it, they only have four words in the whole language, but say them in a 1000 different tones.
The worst, we'll I was in Monotone Drone City (New York) once, that was pretty ugly, Welsh is pretty horrid too, just most are too busy rubbing the gob off their face to notice, but I think both have to step aside for Dutch. If they speak a language in hell, it surely is Dutch, Kind of sounds like someone in the latter stages of Tuberculosis having a gargling contest with a Stephen Hawkings and realising they'd accidently used lighter fluid... and that's the poetry." --Paul

I think we are being snookered AE comrades, The "Religous Rant" we were just treated to came directly from an Anti Bush site, here is the finish-
I understand that all of America's problems began when we allowed ourselves to be seduced by the pinko, pacifistic false version of Jesus found in the New Testament, letting non-Protestant foreign trash into Your divine nation and squandering time we could have been at war trying to make peace with perfectly good enemies, before renewing our hearts and joyously embracing Republican Christianity's new improved, steroid-engorged version of Jesus Christ.
I want to help eliminate the deadly disease of liberalism and assist my President and Your appointed servant on Earth to help rebuild this country into the Glorious Christian Nation it once was on the rocky shores of Puritan New England in the late 1600's.
I gladly tithe my mind and no less than 10% of my paycheck, renouncing the demons of logic and education for they will no longer hold sway in my heart, as I now have both Mr. Bush and Mr. Jesus as my co-redeemers!
It's great stuff and there are some masterpieces on this site.

This is part of the lead in to THE PRAYER-
Yes, for even though you are unsaved (non-Christian), we thank you for your vote! It helped greatly. Did you know that by casting a paranoia-fueled ballot for a Republican commander in chief, you are now automatically 55% Christian (add an extra 15% if you voted against filthy homosexuals falling in love and getting married)? Indeed, it was the Holy Spirit Himself, who dwells in a sprawling palace on a cumulus cloud hovering over Nebraska, who personally directed your grubby white finger to the correct voting machine button! Because He knows you, and He loves you, and He understands that you are now only anywhere from 45% to 30% away from signing over half your life's savings to Him.
That's why today, non-Christian quasi-American friend, it's time to get on board 100% with the winning team! Don't risk ending up in Hell and spending a lifetime doggy paddling in the lake of boiling lava while that bloated ignoramus Michael Moore bobs like a pork crackling buoy of singed, bubbling blubber beside you, spitting out his blasphemous research for all of eternity! It's a horrifying thought, but it just a preview of the frightening, sadistic horrors the Lord Jesus has in mind for you if you don't start showering Him with fawning, effusive flattery before He gets around to smiting you and flinging you into Hell.
BTW- I don't know if this has any significance, but Itapora is a village in Brazil.

Unfortunately, a glimpse in the archives ( via AE's search engine) only reveals only a shallow impression at ITAPEVI's weird and wonderful contributions.
Thus, you have to take my words for it, that he used to spam the forum with mostly totally non-sensical posts, which he/she had pasted from Portugeses sites, run them through Altavista's translation engine "Babel-Fish" and then presented in AE to the astonished audience. The results of these "translations" was usually a complete gobbledegook, nobody could understand.
In the beginning it was mostly extremely funny, then it got rather annoying, and then he/she got banned, to return under several aliases, usually a variation of "ITA........." but also under Karl56 etc.
It took us a few weeks to get rid of him/her, but now the great ITAPEVI has returned.
Enjoy it while it lasts!

Ah, I remember those days of ITAPEVI. Remember that picture thread that I made as a tribute to ITAPEVI? That went on for nearly ten pages. New members, enjoy this guy while he lasts, he posts the most idiotic things. I remember the reason he got banned was because he told Jalisco Lancer, a moderator, to "Eat sh*t" in Portugese. Unfortunately for him, Jalisco Lancer knew what he said.

C'mon...don't you have a heart?
Sometimes it is appropriate to refer to atheists as "descendants of the apes." I'm sure all of them are highly honored by that title since they are the ones who claim that apes are their noble ancestors.
This explains why atheists have devised the animalistic and heathenistic philosophy of atheism. It is because that is the best philosophy the ape's descendants can come up with. That is as high as they can rise in their thinking. There has never been an ape during the history of apes that achieved the ability to perceive the existence of God and to worship Him. And so, it is not surprising that descendants of the apes are void of that ability as well.

Interesting. On television I once saw a woman who learnt her dogs how to pray before eating.
Or is this just a game, 'Google the source'. In that case I score a
point, because I've found the source of this particular text:

All the members could get an idea what ITAPEVI's posts were like, and it's best to stop it here, before it gets obnoxious again.

Quite often there are some fantastic senses of Humour and some great Wit on display in the AE-Forum, which I must say gives me much pleasure! The following post by Northman (located on page 46 of the "Post your Photo" thread in the Tavern) is an example of such.

you would need intertia cancellors, gravity repellers typ things, and
