The second picture is Paris basicaly with the Seine river runing in the
middle of the two baks, but modified... with an american building
(empire state building) on the upper left... or it's a city i ve never
seen from this angle before...
Looks like a pot-pourri of some major towns.
Tell me if i m wrong.
Cheers.

Why is one city wrong? All four were part of the Hanseatic league
either as members (Lbeck, Riga) or by holding kontors (Novgorod,
Bergen).
Is that about religion then? Novgorod is now in the Orthodox area,
while the others are in the Lutheran area... but that's a little too
trivial, considering that religion is not anymore important.
Is it because Novgorod is iced (winter) while the other pics have been taken in summertime?
Or is it that Novgorod isn't in EU, while the other three cities are?
Anyhow, I say Novgorod.

Novgorod is wrong because compared with Riga. Lubeck, Bergen, it doesn't have access to the sea.

and this is the first price , in novgorod the hanseatic traders
mostly from lubeck had no access to the sea and so they were forced to
transship their goods several times before they can reach or leave
novgorod.
Congratulations AXEMAN !!
