What do you think would happen? I think that Iraq will be a little more peaceful.

The country ends up in a complete civil war. The former ruling Baas
party leave the place for the west, mainly the USA and Britain. The
islamists end up in full power and receive Turkish support to end
Kurdish rebellion.
The country turns into a new Iran (Islamic republic) and reform its
army, threaten Israel. The instability spread to the neightbouring
countries, Iraq based terrorists strike Saudi Arabia all the time
striking Americans and foreigners while gaining support in the popular
classes, causing the monarchy to fall, Saudi Arabia become the third
Iran like islamic republic of the area. Americans and foreigners are
expelled of the land of Muhammad.
A new treaty of common defense is signed between the 3. Terrorists
based in the alliance strike Afghanistan and the American supported
government.
The US attack the islamic alliance again, and replace the Baas in place in Iraq.

The US created an unecessary mess in the selfish financial interests of
the country's leadership and now it would be wrong for them to just
pick up and leave the mess that the gov't created.

Even though i completely disagree with the war, i think its vital that
American troops remain in Iraq, in order to keep any type of extremists
from taking over the country. Even though those troops are mainly there
to gaurd oil fields and whatnot, i still think its the only way the
Iraqi people can remain safe, since we've completely destroyed their
country's infrastructure.
I dont mind having the troops there in this situation, i just dont know why we sent them there in the first place.

I agree because the Iraq War is not over and it should not be
considered history. However, whenever it is over, somebody could start
a "What if the US left Iraq on November 24, 2005?"
