A Small Story

One day some rich guys decide to rent a house where they can all live together. They all fought once in a while in the past but now they want to live in peace. This house has its own rules, written by the input of all inhabitants. One guy Jerry, brings food into the house so he is in charge of taking decisions on that matter. Franky is responsible of cultural and intellectual stuff, he decides what the house should read and watch. Other friends are Spike, Polly, Terry, and Glenn. They all live in peace but they always have problems.

One day another big house ,where people are poorer, collapses. Its occupants are scattared. There are 15 more people who want to join the new house. They begin to get richer and wiser over the years and, with a big party they join.

However there is another guy who keeps knocking on the door to get in. He is huge, not that rich, has different habits. The members of the house keep telling him to adapt to the rules of the house. He has difficulties in that. However he is also a very important guy. He has many friends from different backgrounds and he is very powerful. He can help the house with the repairs and money. However he is to heavy. Some fear that when he joins the house may collapse. He doesnt think so. He is working his butt off everyday to adapt. His brain tells him that he may be compromising too much on his old habits which kept him alive.

He works and works and works. Every time they shut the door on his face.

One day they tell him that they might consider opening the door for him, but not letting him in. That is enough for him, even the heat and nice smells coming from the house will do good to him.

They tell him that they will give him their decision on a cold december day.

If they dont, he may enter depression, not being able to make good decisions that may also influence the situation in the house.

Many members of the house dont want him.

But he works so hard, they must let him in....

He deserves it.

the house is European Union and the people in it are the EU  union members.

the guy waiting outside is Turkey .

 

 

I think that huge guy is making a big mistake.he's pushing too hard to get in and ignoring other possibilities.He can easily move to a new house or build a new house since he's so willing to make some changes.He should not ignore the rich neighbors in the big house since their relations would be benefical for both houses but huge guy should focus more in his backyard.He should wake other poor people up and ask them to help him to clean the mess in the neighborhood.
