What if Napoleon had won the Battle of Waterloo?

I know that this has been debated for centuries.  I recently watched Blackadder Back and Forth again and could not help raise the age old question.

Napoleon's victory at the Battle of Waterloo would not have solved his problems. All of Europe would still be against him. The losses at Waterloo were by no means catastrophic for anyone. Then Napoleon himself would have had to get his act together for his empire to rise anew.
