Tough choices. I'll throw my lot with the proven potential of Kubilay Han.

which battle? where? when? who would be commanding each army?

As far as I know all khanates have a similar type of army, so maybe this question is more likely... which is your favourite khanate?

what do you mean with ogetai khanate? the Ordu of Kaidu Khan?

anyways, with equally good commanders i think Yuan wins, but if they lack a good commander and disciplined cavalry any other Khanate will defeat them.

i don't think yuan would win even though they would surely put the most troops in battle. It would probably be the Golden horde. Yuan was a mainly Chinese "slow" army. The nomadic ways of warfare were better used in Golden horde

Yuan has defeated both Ariq Bkei adn Qaidu Qan who had both pure Steppe armies. Golden Horde also got bested by Timr who was technically Chagatai.

Yes, right. I think the Chaghatay Khanate would be victorious.

Really tough one.  I feel Golden Horde would have been the strongest. Yuan would have  been sinicized weaking the mongol prowess.  Il-Khan would have been Islamicized while at the same time fracturing. Chagatai well it would have been a semblance of a state in an area that was considered very unstable.
