In the article it essentially points the finger on the US gov't. A false flag, similar to Hitler's burning of the parliament and blaming it on nazi's or when he used soldiers dressed in Polish uniform to attack a radio station.
Basically, to justify its political goals and to terrify the population in order to control them.

And I'm pretty sure this guy dabbed his finger into it,

Sarmata, it would have been more unusual if such a high profile set of buildings hadn't had an insurance policy to cover acts of terrorism, and even more so, if that could be possible, considering it had already been known to have been a target.
What a handsome figure of a dragon. No wonder I fall madly in love with the Alani Dragon now, the avatar, it's a gorgeous dragon picture.

Well, it seems as if this year there's a bumper crop.  But it's been my experience that history forums in general attract them. Sort of the moth and flame thing. Big smile
