I am researching more on my ancestral origin..then I found that there were a group of Khatris people that migrated from Rajesthan to the Kutch as a result of droughts of north. Who were these people? Where they part of the Rajputs as of their geographical location? I know that they were Khatris from Rajesthan but I want to know from which subdivision these people are from. If anyone can find any information of the Migration of Khatris..that would be greatly appreciated.
