Not to mention that digs on the sites are very sensitive issues. As Edgewaers mentioned, Treblinka, Chelmo, Sobibor etc were completely razed. So were the many temporary camps / ghettos in Romania and the former USSR.
Dachau and Mauthausen (sp) are probably largely intact. These two camps however, were not technically death camps, but forced labor camps.
