Topic: If Hitler is a crusader... Posted: 05-Jun-2007 at 22:22 |
If Hitler is a crusader and will attack Mecca (since he is so anti-semite [arabs are semite] ) itself will he succeed?
here is Hitlers Banners in his crusade:
let just say Edwin Rommel tanks are celtic chariots, and the calvary. They say Rommels tank formation is equivalent on that of the mongols.
Muslims who will come to Mecca's aid:
Mumlukes, turks, Hashashins, ect.
Generals:
Salahadin, Sulaiman the maginficient, ect.
Would Hitler had a chance?

This topic is silly. But I think yes, if he used blitzkrieg. The prob
will be holding it from outraged Islamic states taking it back.

That's an awful "if" you are using...
Hitler was famed for leadership. He didn't know much about blitz tactic or anything like that. I don't see where you are getting with this question... what are you looking for?

yes, if he lived during the crusades,
is he strong enough? given the medieval technologies on countries he had conquer.
Is he and his generals smart enough to defeat the islamic general he could encounter?

And yes it is silly imagine using Christian symbols while being an anti-christ.

Israel used Blitkrieg tactics in the Six-Day War of 1967 and defeated three Arab states combined. So onca can assume that Hitler, initiator of Blitzkrieg could win very easily..
However, you are saying that he would attack Mecca. In this case, not only 3 Arab states, but other Islamic states will also engage in the war. This means that famous for their battle victories, and great empires, Turks and Persians will also ally with the Arabic States in the war against Blitzkrieg. Both Turks and Persians will show fanatical resistance. History shows that Hitler's army could be halted by fanatical resistance as seen in the Eastern Front of WWII in Europe.
Another important factor is that Hitler's tanks will not do that well in Arabian peninsula and mountainous Asia minor and Iran. Because the geography of Islamic States are not like North European plains, where Hitler could roll down his tanks easily on a straight ground.
In the end, it makes 1 vs 2 for the conclusion of the crusade.
Therefore, Islamic Jihad

Hitler was not a good leader, he did not understand military tactics, or logistics for that matter.
