Arrabic because everybody in Israel learns Arabic as a second language I can know that because my mother learned it

yes Arabic , this is in Abu Dhabi Captial of UAE, dont know why would a jewish channel broadcast it.

Really? His accent does not sound like the one you normally hear in the TV. That's why I confused it with Hebrew.

Its formal classical arabic like the Quran, its used in formal programs like news and documentaries.
the accents and the slang ones are in movies and non-historical tv soaps.

The UAE 's gulf Arabic seems to go up and down in the tone, unlike the Arabic that spoken by the news broadcaster, which is more monotone. |
