Damn Omron what've you been smoking, what a silly story, there are Turks that's somthing you'll just have to accept one day, ridiculous stories don't actually win you any friends or prove a point it just proves what everyone says about you Wink

Its lovely to see Ashika Turks who despite all the hardships still keep their culture, identity and language alive and never bow their head to the oppression.

I have a question, when Ashkia Turks were exiled were they sent to Siberia with the Chechens?

Oh and about the 30,000 Ashika Turks who went to America, hopefully they'll be very succesfull and through this time they'll be appreciated for their hard work, if they get powerfull in America it will be a whole lot easier to influence and work out a resettlement program with Georgia.

p.s Is it true Georgia is looking quite warmly and enthusiatically towards allowing a re-settlement especially due to the fact Azerbaijan and Turkey have great relations today due to the B-T-C and new railway project not to mention the Kazak and Turkmen pipeline's which may join.

Good thing come to those who wait, hopefully this phrase will come true for the Ashika Turks.
What we do for ourselves dies with us. What we do for others and the world remains and is immortal.

Could you please tell me about the origin of the name Ahiska according to your own legend, if there is any?

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with Aq Saka.
Either make a history or become a history.
