Decision on flags

After long and hard discussions amongst AE's staff about the issues of flags ,we have come to conclusion that the best thing is for the moment..........to do nothing.
In other words, everything will stay as it is. Flags can still be used as means to identify a members location.
If new flags can be added, and that is a big "if" as there are some technical problems involved, it will only be for states that have a membership in the United Nations.
I hope this decision will satisfy most of our members.
