Meaning and origin of name in mongolian it means Khar (black) + khorin (blockade). What's your opinion? I know there is a mountain range in kashmir, pakistan called karakorum is there any relationship?

Qara+Qurum/Qorum in Turkic also means the same as you mentioned. Now, we know there are Turkic people living in Afghanistan and some in Pakistan. But certainly, the on in Mongolia has not taken its name from the one in Pakistan.

I agree.

maybe Khorin (khorum) meant something different from modern word "Horin / Blockade" when it was named... I don`t know
